Common questions
Is Alright a vet?
No. Alright gives general information about pet health and tells you how soon to see a vet. It can't examine your pet, and it doesn't replace your vet.
How do free answers and Premium work?
You can try 3 answers for free. Alright Premium gives 150 answers a month for every pet in your home, plus the Pet pal. It's $7.99 a month (or $4.99 a month for your first 3 months), or $49.99 a year with a 1-week free trial that includes 25 answers. Prices vary by country, and emergency guidance is always free.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Apple handles subscriptions. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Alright. Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews to avoid the next charge; Premium keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
I paid for Premium but the app doesn't show it
Make sure you're signed in to the same Alright account, then open Settings in Alright and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
My sign-in code hasn't arrived
Check your junk or spam folder for an email from signin@alright.pet. Codes last 10 minutes, and you can ask for a new one after 30 seconds. You can also sign in with Apple.
Where are my pets' records kept?
On your iPhone. Your pets, consults and timeline stay on the phone and aren't copied to Alright's servers, so deleting the app deletes them. To hand a record to your vet, open your pet's timeline and choose Prepare for a vet visit. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
How do I delete my account?
In Alright, open Settings and tap Delete account. This removes your account from Alright's servers and signs you out. If you subscribe, cancel the subscription with Apple as well; deleting the account doesn't stop Apple's billing.
How do I turn off the sounds or Pip?
In Alright, open Settings. Sounds and Pip each have their own switch.
